Mobile Technology Training for the Masonry Industry
Berghorn Group was contracted by Collaborative Construction Group to develop training materials for a new initiative to increase the use of building information modeling among masonry contractors. This comprehensive effort led by the International Building Information Modeling for Masonry Initiative consists of five training modules, the second of which addresses the use and applications of mobile technologies in the broader construction industry, with a focus on masonry contractors. Berghorn Group co-developed the learning outcomes for the module, the module outline, learning activities, and the four-hour audiovisual training presentation. Berghorn Group also developed a student workbook and custom videos for the module.

Strategic Planning Training - Technical and Vocational Training Corporation of Saudi Arabia
Berghorn Group Principal George Berghorn developed and prepared five training sessions for over 60 executive-level professionals from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation of Saudi Arabia, representing a cross-section of technical education programs across Saudi higher education institutions. Dr. Berghorn provided training relevant to strategic planning in higher education, to include the role of accreditation standards, the use of stakeholder input in designing programs, external drivers of educational programs, and a data-driven approach to program review and management.

Construction Management Training for Mid-Career Professionals
Berghorn Group Principal George Berghorn provided construction scheduling and estimating training for two groups of 12 visiting mid-career professionals from South Korea. These sessions were part of a cultural and business training program and focused on fundamental skills related to each topic, student activities, and an assessment of learning outcomes.
