Matt Dunham is a higher education and HVAC professional located in Lansing, Michigan. Matt is an academic program coordinator for HVAC and electrical technologies programs and brings expertise in curriculum development, HVAC controls, mechanical systems, and energy efficiency as a partner with Berghorn Group. Matt previously worked as an HVAC controls service technician where he worked on large commercial and industrial buildings throughout mid-Michigan. He worked on the controls and commissioning for the world's first LEED triple platinum-certified building and was instrumental in ensuring that the building exceeded their design standards for energy performance. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in HVAC/R Engineering Technologies from Ferris State University. He also has an Associate of Applied Science in HVAC Technologies. Matt is a LEED Accredited Professional and he holds Level I Building Operator Certification.

Sean Huberty is the Principal and owner of 3D Bits LLC located in Lansing, Michigan. Sean is a professor of energy management and renewable energy and he brings expertise in curriculum development, classroom instruction, creating computer simulations, and energy management as a partner with Berghorn Group. He was recognized as the 2013 Trends in Occupational Education Outstanding Educator and his computer simulations have been used for COMP-TIA A+ certified computer hardware support training, building energy auditing, surgical technician training, and hybrid vehicle mechanics. Sean previously worked as a technician for central control at the State of Michigan and was part of the Michigan State University Federal Credit Union team that worked on LEED-specific elements of their new headquarters building. He has completed energy audits for The Summit, an indoor multi-sport facility and ice arena; Fort Custer Training Center; Camp Grayling Joint Maneuver Training Center; Woldumar Nature Center; the Women's Center of Greater Lansing; the Meridian Mall; and Zap Zone, an indoor sports and recreation facility. Sean holds a Master's degree in Serious Game Design from Michigan State University, specializing in simulations for buildings. He also has an Associate of Applied Science in Alternative Energy Engineering Technologies. Sean is a LEED Green Associate, a certified Building Analyst by the Building Performance Institute, and he holds Level I Building Operator Certification. An avid ice hockey player and former professional, Sean is also the oldest person to have ever played in the American Collegiate Hockey Association.

Matt
Rosendaul owns and operates Great Lakes Home Performance, LLC which
conducts HERS Ratings, Energy Star Certifications, and home energy
analysis throughout the Great Lakes Region. Matt brings expertise in residential energy, energy codes, building codes, Energy Star, and training as a partner with Berghorn Group. As a company, GLHP tests and
certifies over 400 homes per year including single and multi-family
buildings. Matt is also a ResNet Quality Assurance Designee for two
rating providers. He also works as a consultant with state code and
legislative bodies to ensure that home performance issues are properly
addressed in new building codes and legislation. Matt has been honored in 2009, 2010, and 2011 with the ENERGY STAR Leadership in Housing Award for the number of homes certified by GLHP and his recruitment of new builders to join the program. Matt has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Western Michigan University.

Dani Torcolacci is the Principal and owner of Gioia Mia, LLC located in Birmingham, Michigan. Dani currently works in the solar and wind energy sectors and she brings expertise in renewable energy, energy policy and market analysis, and permitting as a partner with Berghorn Group. Dani's work has focused on the renewable energy sector, specializing in environmental reviews and permitting for wind and solar projects. She currently focuses on policy and market analysis and permitting needs for renewable projects across the United States. In addition she conducts planning and zoning reviews and services the changes and needs for these unique development projects. Dani has also developed expertise in curriculum development, program coordination, and conference planning and management. Dani is also a member of the Birmingham Brownfield Redevelopment Authority. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental science from the University of Michigan and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
